Fitness Center/Gym Card The Valley Springs School District grants the use of the school gym to students and parents/guardians. The parent/guardian , releases and discharges the Valley Springs School District and its employees from responsibility for any liability and damages related to the use of the these buildings.

Item Terms & Conditions
By selecting this checkbox, you agree to comply with the rules and regulations of the Valley Springs School District before a card will be issued to you. The rules and regulations are: 1. The card holder agrees to assume responsibility for all liabilities. 2. A school employee or parent/guardian must be present during the use of the gym. 3. These facilities usage are for Valley Springs School District families and students only. 4. Equipment closets will be locked. Bring your own equipment. 5. Security cameras and Key-Card System will be used to monitor users. 6. Smoking or use of tobacco, tobacco products in any form or the use of drugs or intoxicants within the building and on Valley Springs's property is prohibited. 7. Firearms of any kind are not allowed on school property. 8. All property destroyed or damaged shall be replaced or repaired at the expense of the card holder. 9. If more than routine cleaning is needed, a cleaning fee of $25.00 will be charged. 10.Violation of any of the rules and regulation shall be cause for loss of card privileges. 11. Pitching Machines CAN ONLY be used if the signed parent has attended a Safety Demonstration Class. (please arrange with a coach for the training) Cards and facility usage will be issued at the discretion of the superintendent. ** Facility usage hours are from 7:00am – 10:00pm Monday through Sunday and are subject to change upon the Valley Springs School District needs.
