You authorize regularly scheduled charges to your credit card. You will be charged the amount indicated on the selected billing cycle above. A receipt for each payment will be provided to you and the charge will appear on your credit card statement. You agree that no prior-notification will be provided unless the date or amount changes, in which case you will receive notice from us at least 10 days prior to the payment being collected.

This fee will cover all field trips for your sixth grade student. Field trips are part of the Unity Charter School education and expected to be attended. You must select an ending date for your automatic credit card payments for TEN MONTHS. The fee of $50 a month x 10 months= $500.00 If you do not make a payment each month, your child will not attend any trips until payments are resumed and any missing payment has been paid.
