Full payment must be made by March 7, 2025.
No refunds after March 14, 2025.
No refunds due to discipline or any other situation, unless the seat is fulfilled by a waitlist student and full payment is received.
All parents/guardians must complete a Santa Rosa Academy Parent Permission Form for Student Participation in Off-Campus Activity/Field Trip and submit it to the Principal's office.

*All groups must attend via their school.
*All students attending Grad Nite must be graduating high school seniors in good standing with their school.
*All attendees must have a valid Grad Nite ticket and arrive together as a group via designated charter bus.
*All attendees will be vetted through Disneyland® Resort security screening.
- Parks, attractions, restaurants, experiences, and offerings may be modified or unavailable, may have limited capacity, and be subject to limited availability or even closure, and park admission and offerings are not guaranteed. Guests must follow all Disneyland® Resort rules and instructions while visiting the Resort including required health and safety measures. The event, including its dates, times, and entitlements, may change or be canceled without notice. Full-Day single-park or Park Hopper® admission options are valid during normal park operating hours on the scheduled Grad Nite Private Party date.

Disneyland Resort and Santa Rosa Academy reserves the right to deny admission, prevent entry or require a student already admitted to leave the Disneyland Resort or any part thereof, without refund, liability or compensation, for failure to comply with any of these rules, for unsafe, illegal or offensive behavior, to ensure safety, security or order, or if we consider that the circumstances otherwise so require, in our sole and absolute discretion. If a student is asked to leave the park, parents will be required to pick up their student immediately from the park.
