This is a non-refundable fee. ....Participation fees are utilized for the expenses of camp and stunt clinic, travel expenses, coach/choreographer fees, complete performance and practice attire and accessories. Expenses may be offset by the sign sale credits obtained per participant and/or other fundraisers. Any remaining funds will be used to support and enhance the overall cheer experience, including but not limited to special performances, competition and event travel expense, team meals, attire and uniform needs, pep rally supplies, spirit materials, and other cheer program related cost.

I agree and understand that once a member is accepted to the team, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS for any reason. Any member that is dismissed or resigns from the team will be responsible for the unpaid balance owed to the account. All school fees are required to be paid to participate in extracurricular activities. Correct Student Id Number must be used when making payments.
