I acknowledge the following: I am aware that 1. 8th Grade Moving Up Dues must be paid and 8th Grade Contract signed and returned before payment for the 8th Grade Trip and other Moving Up Activities. 2. Completed paper permission slip for 8th Grade Trip must be turned in to participate in the trip. 3. If my child has an infraction to the Chancellor's Discipline Code at any time, they can be removed from any 8th grade activities including the 8th-grade trip. 4. If there is a medical emergency or if my child commits a serious infraction to the Discipline Code, I may have to need to travel to Trip Location to pick up my child.
