The Howard County Film Festival is a student-run organization that is led by teacher advisors, Binki McKenna , Jill Lee (Reservoir High School), and Randi Trzesinski (Oakland Mills HS). Created in 2004, the Howard County Film Fest is an annual film festival dedicated to encouraging the development of student filmmakers in Howard County, Maryland. Film entries are open to any middle and high school students in Howard County. Donations in any amount to support this student program are greatly appreciated.
