I understand that participation in any athletic event carries a risk of injury. In the event of illness or injury, and if a parent or guardian cannot be reached, I authorize Elkins School District (ESD) staff to seek appropriate medical treatment for my child. I acknowledge that ESD Youth Camps and Elkins High School (EHS) are not liable for any injuries or illnesses that may occur during camp activities. I also understand that the camp does not provide medical insurance, and that any medical expenses incurred are the responsibility of the participant.
