Fee for all student athletes. Student athletes will receive a Panther Pass. Dear Parent/Guardian, As was previously announced, Woodlawn High School will be instituting a mandatory athletic fee for the 2023-2024 school year for any student playing on one of our athletic teams. This money will be used to help pay for the rising costs of running Woodlawn High School’s athletic program. The funds will be used for maintenance of the athletic facilities, renewal of our online ticketing system, renewal of Healthy Roster, LHSAA dues, transportation costs, and eventually they will be split amongst teams in need on campus. The fee will be $25 per student, regardless of the number of sports your student-athlete plays. Please note that this is on top of any other fees that are required for particular sports. This payment must be submitted prior to your student-athlete being registered for a sport. Please note that all fees are nonrefundable. This includes any potential situation that arises during a season including (but not limited to) dismissal from the team, academic ineligibility, playing time disputes, etc. The registration and payment forms can be found at the Woodlawn High School website (woodlawnhighbr.org) under the “Store” tab, and then under “School Fees”. Please find the appropriate category, titled Athletic Fee. All student-athletes will receive a 2023-2024 Panther Pass once the fee has been paid.
