Kindergarten has planned our community helper day for Friday, April 17 at Eastside. We will go around 10:30 and have visits from the fire department, Shelby PD, and eat a picnic pizza lunch. We will return to campus around 2:00. Must return signed permission form to attend. Kindergarten will also go to the Ruby C. Hunt YMCA on Monday, May 18. We will leave campus at 10:00 and return at 2:30. We will have pizza, chips, cookies, and drinks or lunch. Make sure your child wears their swimsuit under their clothes and applies sunscreen before school. Have your student bring a towel, extra sunscreen, swim shoes, extra clothes (underwear) and a bag to put wet things in and swim vests and arm floats.
