Select	DD050-435	Student badges Students are provided with 1 free ID badge at the beginning of school if this is lost or damaged then a new one will need to be purchased, please allow 5-7 business days for this to be completed as we may not have the supplies on hand. Please fill out the google form as well. The google form needs to be filled out and payment needs to be made on OSP as we need the student's correct credentials.
