Scholars will be visiting the Children's Theatre to see the play "The Cat in the Hat" on April 29th, 2024. Scholars will be able to receive a hat while visiting. (Made out of paper.) Scholars would have already participated in "Read Across America Week" in class. During this time scholars will be introduced to the text "The Cat in the Hat". Scholars will then be able to watch the text come to life in a play. This will address many speaking and listening standards for scholars.
