SCE kindergarteners will be visiting Discovery Place Kids in Huntersville on Thursday, February 6th, 2024. Scholars will have the opportunity to engage in "Dramatic Play" while exploring the building. Scholars will be able to engage in realistic "community helper" settings that promote building a community. Module 1 of the EL Curriculum is "Toys and Play". Within this module, scholars will be encouraged to express what their preferred toy is by speaking to a partner.
