Meck/CMS Student Code of Conduct). 2. Adhere to the prom guest rules and dress code. 3. Must present your PRINTED ticketed receipt along with a valid South Meck/CMS Photo or State ID. 4. Abide by the CMS and South Mecklenburg H.S. Student Code of Conduct. Failure to comply can/will result in forfeiture of prom ticket for student and/or their guest. 5. South Meck Early graduates can only purchase a student ticket. They are not allowed to purchase a guest ticket. No refunds will be given is a guest ticket is purchases. No exceptions. Dress Code rules are very simple, and should be respected fully. Failure to follow these rules will result in you being turned away at the door on prom night. This is a formal event with a “Black Tie” dress code. SUNDRESSES OR TWO PIECE dresses (aka a top and a skirt), or any dress with see-through material or extreme cut-outs or slits are unacceptable.
