Hollywood Central Preparatory K-8 Yearbook Full Page Dedications / Business Ads for FY 25/26 HOLLYWOOD CENTRAL PREPARATORY K-8 YEARBOOK AD GUIDELINES 2025-2026 Thank you for purchasing a HCP K-8 Yearbook Ad. Now, it’s time to get those memories ready for the yearbook. Below is the information needed to submit your child’s pictures for the yearbook ad. • Ads are to be created by the parent or business representative, not the yearbook staff. • The image format must be in a jpeg format and the image resolution should be set at 300 DPI. o No CMYK images o No HEIC formatted images o No incredibly large dimension images o No long image file names o Please keep in mind that pictures that were taken on a phone, scanned, etc., may appear more pixelated or grainy. • Please send the image electronically to the yearbook sponsor via email to [email protected]. • In the email, please include your child’s name (last name, first name) and grade level or your business name, contact information, etc. • Ads are due by MARCH 6, 2026 – NO ADS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DATE; NO EXCEPTIONS. We are required to meet production deadlines in order to have the yearbook ready before the end of the school year. Please plan accordingly. • All ads are purchased at your own risk. Although we will do our best to ensure clarity, we cannot be responsible for ads &/or photos that do not print clearly. • NO refunds PLEASE NOTE: This is a student publication. Although it is our intention to provide an accurate account of the school year, in a volume of this size and produced by middle grade students, errors may occur. Please be forgiving; we are! We apologize in advance for any “typos” or “distorted images” and hope you enjoy your memories!
