AP Exams - 2025 (LATE) AACPS will pay fees for up to 4 exams for students enrolled in AP courses and the corresponding exams, if registration is completed by Oct. 31st and exams are taken as scheduled. For students receiving free and reduced meals - fees are paid for all exams for enrolled courses if registration is completed by October 31st and exams are taken as scheduled. Other exams (for students taking more than 4 or independent study) will cost $99 per exam if ordered by October 31st or $139 if ordered between Nov. 1st and March 1st. Families are responsible for paying late fees, cancellation fees, no-show fees, make-up exam fees, and test fees for classes dropped. Families will be responsible for exam fees for exams ordered late, canceled after 11/1, or not taken due to "no show" on exam day.
