Prom tickets and a parking pass are sold separately. After Prom tickets are sold ONLY by the PTSA. The OMHS Prom will be held at Port Discovery on May 11th, starting at 7pm followed by After Prom. 1) Family File MUST be completed before ticket(s) will be distributed. 2) ***LIST student(s) name above, INCLUDING guest name and school to move forward for the purchase of all prom tickets. 3) Approved guest form REQUIRED to pick up guest ticket. 4) ***PARKING - LIST student name above to be associated with Parking Pass for proper distribution, if purchased. 5) No refunds. 6) Pick up purchased tickets and parking pass during lunch at Prom table.
