Donations are accepted to purchase fresh apples and bananas for C5. C5 is piloting a fresh fruits and vegetables snack donation program at school. After surveying our students, we've identified 20 students who noted that it was "difficult" for them to bring a fresh fruit or vegetable snack each day. We want to support the nutrition of all of our students and ensure that their bellies are full so that students can focus on learning. We are seeking fresh fruit and vegetable donations on a weekly basis for these students. Ms. Hurst will use any funds donated to purchase bananas and apples.
